Besides many distortions about the perception of our own body, some people can benefit some food supplements: people with an unhealthy diet or in the case of the unpleasant taste of some vegetables. Certainly, a healthy diet is the most important thing, but if you aren’t able to eat vegetables & fruit, plus if you don’t have any chronic disease, this can be an option to you.
