London Fashion Week SS23 is here, but with the recent events regarding the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the feeling & plans are now different. Have YOU Heard?!

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the UK’s longest-reigning monarch and a longtime supporter of British fashion, sadly died at home in Balmoral in Scotland.

Following the death of Her Majesty, London Fashion Week will continue while observing Royal Protocol and the event will be dedicated to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. You can find HERE how Her Majesty’s legacy and commitment to creativity and design will be celebrated.

Also, on Thursday evening, a Burberry representative said the British fashion house is cancelling its London Fashion Week show on 17 September “as a mark of respect”.

“We are deeply saddened by the death of Her Majesty The Queen”. “We join the Royal Family in mourning her loss.”

I hope you enjoy this fashion week & don’t forget: fashion is also about social respect, social groups & how we deeply connect with it. In times of crisis, fashion always paid its duty to fulfil our lives & hopes. Let fashion bring more light into these days.
