Uma Receita de Théos - que significa Deus - é sobre algumas dicas para uma vida mais saudável,
enquando fugindo a todas aquelas dietas malucas que prometem o tal corpo que desejas e que no fim
do dia todos devemos fugir. Afinal, o que é o corpo perfeito? Certamente para mim é uma coisa, para
ti é outra. Pensando - far far way - do que a nossa sociedade dita e abraçando o que o nosso corpo
precisa no que toca a uma vida saudável, revejo-me nas palavras do nutricionista Pedro Carvalho na edição 
de Agosto da Vogue Portugal: "Uma dieta com boa quantidade de proteínas em todas as refeições, com uma
quantidade de hidratos de carbono ajustada ao gasto energético de cada pessoa e baseada em produtos 
minimanente processados como carne, peixe, ovos, fruta, legumes, frutos secos, cerais integrais e laticínios magros"...
"é o conselho mais acertado que o Nutricionista nos deixa." 

Assim, para a população geral sem problemas de saúde e com objetivo de aumentar a massa múscular - fazendo ginásio -
e de melhorar a qualidade da nossa vida, deixo abaixo uma receita - recorrendo a produtos da #ThatProtein que 
reestruturei e que uso, por vezes, antes de fazer ginásio:
