Happy Weekend & Namaste

A Matter of Gratitude
Hello, #BeYOUtiful! As the outer world becomes silent or more silent than normal, we start to analyse our life and what surrounds us more deeply while listening to our most unpolished – or pure – feelings, true needs and recognizing what is worth.

See my interview with this amazing designer that transformed ocean garbage into dazzling dresses & coats, between other amazing pieces for our winter. Besides that, you will find – of course – the best backstage moments of Pé de Chumbo.

Art or Human?
Hello #BeYOUtiful! Since the beginning of the times, there was always something about art & body, now we are finally unveiling & might understand why there is a fascination about that. HAVE YOU HEARD? Let’s know how can we use our brain processes to our favour? By the way, you – my medical colleagues –…
Read MoreHello #BeYOUtiful! Last Saturday, I went to Portugal Fashion Week where was shown what you need to know about the spring-summer season of 2020! Now, I am sharing with you all – the new fashion concepts and the new ways of exploring a fashion week! I am talking about the new project of Susana Bettencourt – which lead to the development of a limited edition collection in collaboration with the actress Ana Guiomar, that is called “Saving Lives Changing Lives” – the costumizable Portuguese Jewellery of Torcato Santos to wear in the most unexpected ways, the cultural socks of Sir Tile & the progressive sustainable fashion character of Portugal Fashion. The plus? All of that was perfect while sharing it with reencounter of old friends (the blogger Batom Crespo, the psychologist Lucia Pereira, the fashion producer André Dantas & the model & communication expert Tamaris Gomes) & genuine smiles. I would say a lot more, but for now, it is all! Love, Luís de Oliveira #dOliveiraFashionDoctor
PS: thanks to the designer André Santos for dress me with his handmade Kimono from his SS20 collection.

Read MoreHello, #BeYOUtiful! In our daily life – even during holidays – we have a difficult task to accomplish, which is shutdown our mind from the world, or at least, I would like to have it and achieve it 🙂
Well, for me it is not always easy as many fashion works arise – thanks to God – and I become submerged in photoshoots, writing, briefings, business, & well, I like to have all of these things! Besides that, many times we dream about perfect situations which blind us from what we are surround – the love of our family, the beautiful place where we live & nature itself! Then, to end well this summer, I want you to feel my peaceful experience while visiting a special place in Portugal – Tomar – where I could feel the nature & enjoy every moment with gratitude while really willing to experience life, and that includes work.
To finish, I just want to say…
Experience life with Love & Gratitude and you won’t need anymore to worry about details or about the best time to visit Portugal or another place. Just GO & BE!
