Letter
Dear #BeYOUtiful,
This month’s song is “Ablaze” by Alanis Morissette. It resurfaces in this April of ours, because many times, life calls us to change and divide waters.
As the song says “There was a split there was a conflict in the fabric of life” & for me, this is the moment where the conflict emerged and the need for change became crucial to reorganize my way of facing life, acting or working. There are life moments when pattern breaks are necessary and we must make that greater effort to change what has to be changed. I am not talking about being another person, I am not talking about being disrupted, but rather about a personal necessary evolution to continue writing the next chapters of the life that wants to emerge and that I want to live. These moments or stages arise from the profound need to rewrite stories – no perfect ones – but more meaningful moments and which makes sense to the Self. What does this mean here on the blog? In the coming months, the publications will be more practical, short and increase the video / Livestream format. In this way, we managed to give more dynamics to the blog, and on the other hand, it will be a way to better manage our offline life. During these next few months of new experiments on the blog, we will reorganize while understanding what works best and what you like best.
In order to enhance alertness and vigilance to face change, we need disruptive colours & safe ones which are already part of our essence. Also, these colours are the trend for spring summer 2021. Pick yours!

Abraçar a Mudança
Olá BeYOUtiful.
A música deste mês é “Ablaze” de Alanis Morissette. Volta a ressurgir neste nosso Abril, pois muitas vezes a vida, assim como esta música, nos chama para a mudança e para os conflitos “no tecido da vida” – como diz a letra da música. Desde há algum tempo senti que chegaria a uma altura que teria de mudar e reorganizar algumas formas de ser, agir ou trabalhar. Chega um momento, em que as quebras de padrões são necessárias e que devemos fazer aquele esforço maior para mudar o que tem de ser mudado. Não falo em ser outra pessoa, não falo em disrupção de ser, mas antes numa evolução necessária para continuar a escrever os próximos capítulos da vida que quer surgir e que eu quero que surja. Estes momentos ou etapas surgem da profunda necessidade de reescrever histórias – não mais perfeitas – mas mais sentidas e que façam sentido para o Eu. O que isso significa aqui no blog? Por tanto, nos próximos meses as publicações serão mais práticas, curtas e aumentar o formato vídeo/livestream. Desta forma, conseguimos dar uma dinâmica mais diversificada ao blog, e por outro lado, será uma forma de gerir melhor a vida offline. Depois destes meses de novas experimentações no blog voltaremos a reorganizar de forma a tentar entender o que melhor funciona e o que vocês mais gostam.
