This morning, I came across to a post at Instagram about “what is to be free”. Then, I found myself exploring – in a conscientiousness way – what it means. While looking at the pages of my Vogue Italia – one of my ways to forget about the external world & get deep into my own – I found this beautiful cover that for me expresses everything about what is freedom. Looking at it, I saw love, creativity, the fierce of the will power, the history of the human soul and body, the colours of life & above all the responsibility of being one of the most influential & cultural magazines in the world. With that image, it all made sense. To be free is to let our heart speak from the inside-out, it is to let be lidded by the feelings and sensations, it is to speak & act with responsibility! Responsibility not just for our own lives, but extended it to the other…be able to feel what surround us…be aware of our actions in this blue planet & beyond.
Never forget, the human heart is much more than an efficient pump that sustains life.

Ser Livre é…
Esta manhã, me deparei com um post no Instagram sobre “o que é ser livre”. Então, me vi a explorar – de maneira consciente – o que isso significa. Enquanto olhava as páginas da minha Vogue Itália – uma das minhas maneiras de esquecer o mundo externo e me aprofundar no meu – encontrei esta linda capa que, para mim, expressa tudo aquilo que significa ser livre. Olhando para ela, vi amor, criatividade, a feroz força de vontade, a história da alma e do corpo humano, as cores da vida e, acima de tudo, a responsabilidade de ser uma das revistas mais influentes e culturais do mundo. Com essa imagem, tudo fazia sentido. Ser livre é deixar nosso coração se expressar de dentro para fora, é se deixar levar pelos sentimentos e sensações, é falar e agir com responsabilidade! Responsabilidade, não apenas por nossas próprias vidas, mas estendida ao outro … ser capaz de sentir o que nos rodeia … estar ciente de nossas ações neste planeta azul e tudo que vai além dele.
Nunca se esqueça, o coração humano é muito mais do que uma bomba eficiente que sustenta a vida.
