There is a complex but #BeYOUtiful relationship between the Self, Identity & Clothing. As Doctor Carolyn Mair wrote: “we find it difficult to separate what we call ‘Me’ from what we call ‘Mine’ because they are a continuum”. As for me – and many others – clothing is an extension of what we are and how we live, or even, a therapeutic aid to increase the mood we need. Therefore, as you can find in my letter of November 2020 (click here), the colours of the month were chosen with the intent to increase our quality of life while. These colours promote optimism, initiative and determination for us to achieve our tasks in the best mood.
For you to be inspired, I am sharing the style/look of some of my lovely Instagram friends while playing with the concept of ‘Me or Mine’. They are wearing these colours & promoting in their lives a Juicy Lifestyle – as I called on my Letter of November.

Eu ou Meu?! *com os meus amigos do Instagram
Existe uma relação complexa, mas #BeYOUtiful, entre o Eu – Identidade – Roupa. Como a Dra. Carolyn Mair escreveu: “achamos difícil separar o que chamamos de ‘Eu’ do que chamamos de ‘Meu’ porque eles são um continuum”. Para mim – e para muitos outros – a roupa é uma extensão do que somos e de como vivemos, ou ainda, um auxílio terapêutico para aumentar o ânimo no dia-a-dia. Portanto, como podes encontrar na minha carta de novembro de 2020 (clique aqui), as cores do mês foram escolhidas com o intuito de aumentar nossa qualidade de vida. Estas cores promovem o otimismo, a iniciativa e a determinação para cumprirmos com o melhor humor possível as nossas tarefas.
