Summer calls for fresh & clean looks. As so, our best friends to lift up the look are accessories. Besides that, there is a powerful energy that comes from embellishment moments in the morning. Let’s find out why is that?!
My experience tells me that it is these morning moments that prepare us for a day full of gratitude and peace, which allow us to calm down and listen to the heart.
You know, my mission here is to keep the light in your eyes – just like says the new song of Alanis Morissette – Ablaze (click here to play). Therefore, let me introduce you to a morning (or pre-event) moment that allows me to fulfil my heart, & hopefully, you can apply to yourself.
It all starts by getting out of bed and being grateful for another day. Then, there is the skincare, and finally, the choice of the look. In this last step, I find myself sitting in front of the dressing table and going through my accessories while relaxing in my thoughts. These moments are precious minutes of connection with the mind and body (and vice-versa). The climax is the liberation of the soul by letting go of the ego while healing and letting in the peaceful emotions while developing feelings of grace, expansion of love for me and for what surrounds me.
📿💍 The ACCESSORIES that have been part of my mornings this summer are my golden necklace – I love the golden ones; it makes the masculine look ‘a je ne sais quoi’ that captivates movements and attention – as well as, my simple but super modern triple rings which give to the look the contemporary touch that we – men – need. Don’t you agree ?!

O verão exige uma aparência fresca e clean. Assim, recorrer aos nossos amigos acessórios é a melhor solução para tornar o estilo mais rico e arrojado. Além disso, nada melhor que os momentos de embelezamento matinais que estes materiais nos propõem.
A minha experiência diz-me que são estes momentos matinais que me preparam para um dia cheio de gratitude e paz, o que me permitem acalmar e ouvir o coração. Tudo começa pelo levantar da cama e agradecer por mais um dia. Depois, vêm os tratamentos de pele e por último a escolha do look. Já neste último passo dou por mim em frente à penteadeira e a vasculhar os meus acessórios enquanto relaxo no vai e vem do pensamento. Estes momentos são preciosos minutos de conexão com a mente e corpo (e vice-versa), que culminam numa libertação de alma deixando o ego ir, enquanto a cura e emoções pacíficas chegam e se desenvolvem em sentimentos de graça, expansão de amor próprio e por aquilo que me rodeia.
📿💍Os ACESSÓRIOS que têm feito parte das minhas manhãs durante este verão são o meu colar dourado – amo os dourados, fazendo do look masculino um ‘je ne sais quoi’ que cativa movimentos e atenções. Assim como, os meus simples mas super modernos anéis triplos que dão ao look o toque contemporâneo que todos precisamos. Não estão de acordo?!
