Self-Love Therapy

Dear #BeYOUtiful,

These last months I haven’t been able to properly develop some major subjects and fashion-related challenges. From body satisfaction to new approaches to the fashion industry when it comes to sustainability and ethical standards, there is much more that I want to write and talk about. Therefore, this letter is my redemption, my attempt to achieve peace of mind while accepting that we all do our best. This is also my self-love therapy. I am not saying that I have issues when it comes to self-love. Instead, I am saying that I could be less hard on myself and celebrate my victories while taking a deep breath and shift my state of mind. Talking about that, if you have seen my last unboxing on YouTube, you know that I received a fashionable accessory – called Shift – from Kumuso. Therefore, I am willing to take a break and practice deep breathing every day with the help of the Shift pendant. Let’s enjoy August and rethink our pathway towards a more sustainable fashionable lifestyle, where magic is possible. To shine your magic fill your days with happy colours and match them with low bright ones. In this way, when you need to deep breathe, you will just have to look at the less bright colour to help you calm down. Isn’t it a great idea?!? 🙂 Well, welcome to “wearapy”!
